This is to inform you that there are still funds available in the Perkins grant to take your
Certification Exams.  Please keep in mind the following: You MUST have proof that you
took the exam (showing a grade) as well as proof of payment.  Please print out all receipts
and bring to Academic Programs and we can submit them for you for reimbursement.  The
deadline to complete your exams and submit for reimbursement is June 30, 2012.
